In the context of the new financial regulation introduced by the DGI in Côte d’Ivoire,our client needed to standardize and digitalize the processing of invoices and credit notes without increasing the workload of their teams. To meet this challenge, OntraaK developed a bot capable of retrieving each document generated in IRIUM and SAP and transmitting them in real time directly to the FNE platform authorized by the government.
This system now allows the processing of over 200 invoices and credit notes per day, with an average processing time of only 2 seconds per document. The solution operates 24/7, completely eliminating errors caused by manual re-entry and ensuring full compliance with the new legal requirements.
Automation also enabled savings equivalent to 2 FTEs, boosting team productivity and generating significant operational cost reductions. This project perfectly illustrates how the combination of Process Intelligence, RPA, and digitalization technologies can sustainably transform a client’s operations while delivering speed, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
